Dolphin & Whale watching

Whale & Dolphin watching is a key attraction in Sri Lanka, being a tropical island Sri Lanka is gifted with year around Whale & Dolphin watching possibilities.  July to September whale watching is possible on the east coast beach, Trincomalee where every day Blue whales & Sperm whales can be spotted swimming very closes to Trinco beach.  Mirissa & Kalpitiya are also famous places for whales & dolphin watching. This is a must-do activity in Sri Lanka, you can do this on a regular boat or a luxury yacht or even ariel whale watching is possible from a Seaplane or a helicopter.
